Oxandrolone is one of the few steroids that does not cause early growth failure in children because it does not prematurely close the epiphyseal plates. For this reason, it is primarily used in children to stimulate growth and in women to prevent osteoporosis. In overweight individuals, oral oxandrolone has been shown to reduce abdominal subcutaneous fat more effectively than testosterone enanthate or weight loss alone, also promoting positive changes in visceral fat.

HOW TO USE ANAVAR (OXANDROLONE)

Athletes appreciate oxandrolone for three main reasons:

1. Increased Strength – Oxandrolone stimulates the synthesis of phosphocreatine in muscle cells, without causing water retention in joints and muscles.
2. No aromatization – Does not convert to estrogen, regardless of dosage, avoiding unwanted side effects such as water retention and gynecomastia.
3. Minimal impact on testosterone production – Anavar does not significantly suppress natural testosterone production, as it is not converted to estrogen.

Due to these characteristics, Anavar is particularly popular among female athletes , as at dosages of 10-15 mg per day , virilization symptoms are rare. ANAVAR (OXANDROLONE) DOSAGE

Anavar should be taken two or three times daily after meals to ensure optimal absorption of oxandrolone. The recommended dose is 0.125 mg per pound of body weight (approximately 0.275 mg/kg) . Women should take half this dose to avoid androgenic side effects.

If you miss a dose, take it as soon as possible. If too much time has passed, skip the dose and continue with your usual schedule, without doubling the dose.

Women should not exceed 15 mg per day , otherwise side effects such as acne, deepening of the voice, clitoral hypertrophy and excessive body hair growth may occur.

Oxandrolone is minimally toxic and usually has few side effects , allowing for long-term use. However, being 17-alpha alkylated , it can put strain on the liver, so it should not be taken for long periods without interruption.
