This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or returns may be considered. Please review carefully before placing an order.
General Policy
Due to the nature of our products and the importance of controlled handling, all sales are considered final once an order has been processed and dispatched.
EU Muscle Lab does not accept returns of opened, used, or tampered items under any circumstances.
Eligible Refunds
Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:
- The order was confirmed but not yet shipped and cancellation was requested promptly.
- The product received is materially different from what was ordered.
- The shipment was confirmed lost in transit by the courier.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or replacements will not be issued in the following cases:
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
- Orders delayed due to customs or regulatory inspection.
- Buyer’s remorse or change of intent after shipment.
- Failure to collect or accept delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Supporting evidence such as photographs may be required to assess the claim.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed using the original payment method where possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and banking institution.
